Your Role: Software Process Analyst Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our team of software process experts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing and streamlining our software development processes, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze existing company processes related to software development, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Documentation & Visualization: Create clear and concise process documentation using flowcharts, swimlanes, and other visualization tools.
- Implementation & Training: Support the implementation of optimized processes, providing necessary training and coaching to end users.
- Automotive Standards Expertise: Work with relevant automotive standards and norms (e.g., Automotive Spice, functional safety, cybersecurity) to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Project Management Support: Contribute to project wikis and documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
- Technical Communication: Prepare technical documents, including guides and golden samples, effectively communicating complex information.
Your Profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
