About the Role

Silver Atena is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Process Management Intern / Part-time Student. As a key member of our process improvement team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing company processes in the software development domain to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and document process weaknesses and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and swimlanes.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements, including training and coaching for end-users.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure process compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain project wikis and document research findings.
  • Tailor processes to meet project requirements.
  • Evaluate and review process effectiveness with the QA team.
  • Develop guides and golden samples for process implementation.
  • Produce technical documentation and update project plans.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
  • Experience in software development for embedded systems is an asset.
  • Familiarity with MS Office products is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and software.
  • Fluency in German and English.
