Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Wir konzentrieren uns auf die Daten und Abläufe unserer Kunden und du übernimmst die Rolle des Process Optimization Consultant (all genders) bei der Implementierung des zukunftsweisenden Themas Process Mining.
Im Detail übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben:
- Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der fachlichen und technischen Umsetzung von Process Mining, Task Mining und Intelligent Automation Lösungen.
- Du leitest Kundenprojekte und Workshops mit dem Fokus auf Themen wie Datentransformation, kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung, operative Exzellenz und die Entwicklung von datengestützten Erkenntnissen.
- Du bringst einen branchenübergreifenden Prozessblickwinkel ein.
- Du implementierst Lösungen im Bereich Process Mining - einschließlich Softwareanbindung, Analyse von Eventlogs, Erstellung aussagekräftiger Dashboards und Ableitung von Optimierungsansätzen.
- Den Wissenstransfer und -aufbau förderst du sowohl beim Kunden als auch innerhalb von adesso.
- Du engagierst dich aktiv in Business Development Aktivitäten und Thought Leadership.
DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Data Science oder in vergleichbaren Studiengängen mit relevantem Bezug.
- Freude am analytischen Arbeiten sowie an der Analyse von Prozessen und Daten (branchenübergreifend); erste Erfahrungen in der Prozessberatung sind wünschenswert.
- Erfahrung mit Process Mining Tools (Celonis, Disco, PM4Py).
- Gute Kenntnisse in SQL und Statistik; idealerweise auch in Python und R sowie im Umgang mit Frontend-Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Entrepreneuriales und agiles Mindset.
