Are you eager to acquire practical knowledge in the realm of business process optimization? Become a part of our team during your academic journey, gain invaluable hands-on experience, and assist our clients in enhancing their operational frameworks and methodologies. Concentrate on process enhancement and efficiency in sectors such as Finance, IT, or Supply Chain Management to uncover opportunities for improvement through digital transformation.
Your Responsibilities
Apply for an internship with us and dedicate at least 3-6 months to:
- Assisting the team in guiding clients on harmonizing their organizational structures and operational workflows in domains such as Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Production, Sales, Finance, or Compliance.
- Participating in the identification of cost factors and proposing enhancement opportunities achievable through digital transformation and automation.
- Gaining exposure to project management, aiding in project evaluations, and supporting the execution of organizational changes.
- Contributing to risk-oriented assessments, developing and refining integrated management frameworks, designing and implementing governance and compliance systems, or offering tax process advisory.
- You are eligible for an internship in Business Process Optimization with a minimum of three completed semesters in fields related to Economics, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Natural Sciences.
- You possess relevant experience from prior internships, such as in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management, (IT) Project Management, or Sales.
- You have a keen interest in digital transformation initiatives aimed at reorganization, cost reduction, or process enhancement, with an emphasis on organizational structures, workflows, and IT requirements.
- You are proficient in German at C1 level and English at B2 level; familiarity with a programming language is a plus.
- You are open to traveling to assist our clients on-site.
