About the Role
Silver Atena is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Process Management Intern. As a key member of our process improvement team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our software development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing company processes in the software development domain to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and optimize process weaknesses and potential areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and swimlanes.
- Support the implementation and optimization of processes, including training and coaching for end-users.
- Work with automotive standards and norms, such as Automotive Spice, functional safety, and cybersecurity.
- Maintain and administer the project wiki and document research findings.
- Tailor processes to meet project requirements.
- Evaluate and review processes with QA to ensure completeness and ISO conformity.
- Develop guides and golden samples.
- Independently create and develop technical documentation and update development and project plans.
Requirements
- Currently studying electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field.
- Experience in software development for embedded systems is an advantage.
- Fundamental knowledge of MS Office products is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and think analytically.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and structured work style, with a solid understanding of technology and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in digital tools and comfortable with technology.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
