About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Bertrandt. As a key member of our drive development team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving existing processes in the development of electric, hybrid, and conventional drives.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes in drive development, including tool workflows and development of improvements for existing tools.
- Tool Expertise: Combine tool workflow analysis with the development of improvements for existing tools.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements in collaboration with various departments and obtain approval for implementation.
- Responsibility and Accountability: Assume responsibility for implemented improvements as a measure/function owner.
- Documentation and Communication: Create comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations to ensure a clear understanding of processes and improvements.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in process optimization, automotive systems, and software development. Your expertise should include:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive and drive development processes, technical knowledge of drive systems, and experience in software development for the automotive industry.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Proven ability to work effectively in a team, take on responsibility, and demonstrate a structured and independent working style.
- Agile Methodologies and Project Management: Experience with agile working methods and project management.
- Language Skills: Excellent German and English language skills.
