Senior Sales Manager Brand Partnerships Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Diligently identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential sponsors and brand partners.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Negotiate and finalize sponsorship and brand partnership agreements that align with our brand values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and activation of partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry decision-makers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- University degree or commercial training with relevant professional or educational development.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, specifically in sponsorship and brand partnerships, preferably in the motorsport industry.
- Fluent in English and German – additional languages an asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
