Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to existing and potential clients. You will also negotiate and finalize sponsorship and brand partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with our brands.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify and approach potential sponsors and brand partners to secure new business opportunities.
* Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to existing and potential clients.
* Negotiate and finalize sponsorship and brand partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with our brands.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key industry decision makers and stakeholders.
* Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure the successful execution and activation of the partnerships.

**Requirements:**

* University degree or commercial training with relevant professional or educational development.
* Min. 5 years sales experience, specifically in sponsorship and brand partnerships, preferably in the motorsport industry.
* Fluent in English and German – additional languages an advantage.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
* Proactive and results driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to create win-win partnerships.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Passionate about motorsport and familiar with our brands and values.
