We are seeking a customer-focused professional to become a vital part of our expanding customer success team in Germany. This role specifically requires proficiency in German, as you will be managing clients across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Your primary responsibilities will center around ensuring client satisfaction, fostering retention, driving adoption, and facilitating the growth of client portfolios. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a product-driven environment, with a background in hospitality, particularly within the hotel sector.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging directly with hoteliers to inform them about the advantages of RoomRaccoon.
  • Conducting demonstrations for interested hoteliers to showcase the features of RaccoonPay and its benefits.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and competitor pricing.
  • Proactively interacting with hoteliers to comprehend their business objectives, challenges, and goals.
  • Acting as the primary liaison, cultivating strong and enduring relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Performing regular check-ins and status assessments with clients to evaluate their progress and satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance and optimize the experiences of hoteliers based on their feedback and usage patterns.
  • Providing training and educational resources to empower hoteliers in maximizing the use of our products.
  • Recognizing potential upsell opportunities by understanding the evolving needs and objectives of customers.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to create customized proposals and strategies for increasing product/service utilization.
  • Formulating and implementing strategies to proactively address customer concerns and minimize potential churn risks.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent in both German and English.
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Possesses a background in hotel sales and/or SaaS is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates patience and empathy towards customers while confidently leading conversations and managing emotions.
  • Thrives in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, showcasing strong prioritization skills.
  • Is driven to transform the hotel industry globally.
  • Is self-motivated and capable of performing under pressure.
  • Is a team player.
  • Exhibits excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Has a passion for international business and technology.
