Lead HR Business Strategist

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to drive our human resources initiatives and align them with our business objectives at 2050 K-T G.M.B.H. Germany. This role is crucial in fostering a robust organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies that align with business goals and site objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
  • Work alongside Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to enhance the employer brand and engage with educational institutions to promote diversity in hiring.
  • Champion the creation of an organizational culture that reflects our core values and mission.
  • Provide coaching and support to leadership on talent and performance management initiatives, including employee engagement programs.
  • Evaluate employee capabilities and guide management in addressing employee needs and motivations.
  • Engage with employees at all levels, offering insights and recommendations on various workplace issues.
  • Analyze and report on HR program outcomes, utilizing data to inform decision-making.
  • Offer expertise in employee relations and conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with regional employment regulations and proactively address potential issues.
  • Drive the Inclusion and Diversity agenda, ensuring it remains a priority for leadership and HR.
  • Streamline HR processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate organizational change through effective communication and guidance.
  • Participate actively in management meetings to contribute to strategic planning and reviews.
  • Oversee the HR strategy for our operations in Dresden.
  • Engage in regional and global HR projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to drive improvements across various HR functions.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to achieve the outlined objectives.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Human Resources management, with a proven track record in HR leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success in HR project management and process optimization.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial impact of HR initiatives.
  • Knowledge of regional employment laws and experience in diverse business environments.
  • Proficiency in business analysis to deliver relevant reporting.
  • Commitment to fairness and integrity in HR practices.
  • Experience with M&A activities is a plus.
  • Strong focus on business strategy and partnership with site management.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Customer-oriented with effective influencing abilities.
  • Proven ability to deliver HR solutions in a demanding operational context.
  • Capacity to build and lead a high-performing HR team while collaborating across various business units.
