Position Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner at 2050 K-T G.M.B.H. Germany plays a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. This position is essential for fostering a high-performance culture and driving organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies that align with business goals and site-specific objectives.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance recruitment efforts, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to create effective strategies for attracting top-tier talent.
  • Partner with Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to strengthen the employer brand in the region, engaging with educational institutions and relevant organizations to diversify candidate pools.
  • Champion the development of an organizational culture that reflects the core values and mission of 2050 K-T G.M.B.H.
  • Provide coaching and support to business leaders in implementing talent and performance management initiatives, including employee engagement programs.
  • Evaluate employee capabilities and assist in their development, helping management understand employee needs and motivations.
  • Engage with employees at all levels, offering guidance on a variety of workplace issues.
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of HR programs through data analysis and reporting.
  • Offer expertise in employee relations and conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and educate management on potential compliance issues.
  • Drive the Inclusion and Diversity agenda, ensuring it remains a priority for leadership and HR.
  • Standardize HR processes to enhance efficiency and harmonize policies across the organization.
  • Facilitate organizational change through effective communication and guidance.
  • Participate actively in management meetings, contributing to strategic planning and reviews.
  • Lead the HR strategy for the organization’s operations in the region.
  • Engage in regional and global HR projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to drive improvements in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Inclusion & Diversity, and other areas.
  • Manage a team of HR professionals to achieve these objectives.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Human Resources management, including leadership roles with a proven track record of supporting senior executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
  • Proven experience in HR project management and process optimization.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial impacts of HR initiatives.
  • Knowledge of regional employment laws and experience in diverse cultural environments.
  • Proficiency in business analysis to deliver relevant reporting.
  • Commitment to fairness and integrity in HR practices.
  • Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions is a plus.
  • Strong focus on business strategy and partnership with management.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Customer-oriented with strong influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to deliver HR solutions in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and lead a Human Resources team and collaborate across various business units.
