Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent management strategies that align with the overall business goals.
- Collaborate with management to enhance recruitment efforts, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to create effective strategies for sourcing and attracting high-caliber candidates.
- Partner with marketing and talent acquisition teams to strengthen the employer brand, engaging with educational institutions and organizations to widen the candidate pool.
- Lead initiatives to cultivate an organizational culture that reflects the company's mission and core values.
- Provide coaching and support to business leaders in managing talent and performance programs, including employee engagement and performance reviews.
- Evaluate employee capabilities and assist in the development process, ensuring management understands employee needs and motivations.
- Engage with employees at all levels, offering guidance on a variety of workplace issues.
- Analyze and report on HR program outcomes, utilizing data to inform decision-making.
- Offer expertise in employee relations, managing investigations and resolving issues as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations, educating management on potential concerns and overseeing audits.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring they are prioritized within the organization.
- Streamline HR processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Human Resources management, particularly in leadership roles supporting senior executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
- Proven track record in managing HR projects and implementing process improvements.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of the financial impact of HR initiatives.
- Knowledge of regional employment laws and experience in diverse business environments.
- Proficiency in business analysis to generate relevant reporting.
- Commitment to fairness and integrity in HR practices.
- Experience with M&A activities is a plus.
- Strong focus on business strategy and partnership with management.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
