In the role of an Entry-Level Digital Customer Experience Specialist, you will assist various departments in advancing the customer-focused digital evolution. Your primary focus will be on pioneering solutions across all digital customer interaction points. You will manage your own sub-projects or workstreams and collaborate with teams of business and IT professionals to develop customer-centric strategies and their execution across digital engagement channels. You will aid the project team in conducting analyses and gathering customer insights to pinpoint areas for improvement from both a user-centric and business standpoint, validate assumptions, and formulate actionable recommendations. You will contribute to identifying pertinent IT solutions within the customer experience domain, crafting tailored solutions with our IT partners, and executing these collaboratively. By actively supporting our business units, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and evolving the customer experience through a comprehensive approach.Candidate Profile:
A completed degree in a business or technical/business-related field (such as business administration or business informatics) or an equivalent qualification. A strong interest and affinity for customer experience topics across all interaction points, particularly in web or e-commerce sectors. Initial exposure to the design and execution of innovative solutions in marketing, sales, or customer service utilizing user-centered methodologies (e.g., personas, customer journeys) is advantageous. Some experience in project and stakeholder management is preferred. A confident demeanor with excellent communication skills in both German and English, assertiveness, and a high level of independence.Employee Benefits:
