- Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Social-Media-Strategie, um Interessenten für unsere Weiterbildungsangebote zu gewinnen
- Die Identifizierung und Auswahl der passenden Social-Media-Kanäle für unsere Zielgruppe und die Sicherstellung einer übergreifenden Markenpräsenz auf allen Kanälen
- Die Analyse von Kennzahlen und die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur fortlaufenden Optimierung der Social-Media-Aktivitäten
- Die Entwicklung eines Redaktionskonzepts und die Erstellung kanalübergreifender Redaktionspläne
- Die Gestaltung und Umsetzung von kreativem Content (Texte, Bilder, Videos) und gängigen Formaten (Reel, Carousel, Story) für die Social-Media-Kanäle, idealerweise unter Nutzung von KI-basierten Tools und Technologien
- Die Betreuung und Moderation der Social-Media-Kanäle, um auf Anfragen, Kommentare und Nachrichten zeitnah und angemessen zu reagieren
- Die Zusammenarbeit bei der Gestaltung der Internetpräsenz
Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Social-Media-Manager (w/m/d) mit folgenden Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Digitale Medien oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (>5 Jahre) als Social-Media-Manager (w/m/d), idealerweise in der Weiterbildungsbranche
- Erste Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools und Technologien zur Erstellung und Gestaltung von Social Media Content
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Grafik- und Videobearbeitungsprogrammen
- Hohe Affinität und fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Social-Media-Plattformen
- Fähigkeit zur Erstellung kreativer Inhalte (Text, Bild, Video); Kenntnisse in Graphic Design und Videobearbeitung sind von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SEO, Keyword-Recherche und Google Analytics sowie Erfahrung mit Social-Media-Management-Tools wie Hootsuite
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS 365
- Freude daran, neue Ideen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
