About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Media Manager to lead our media campaigns with a business owner mentality, bringing our brands' vision and strategy to life for our consumers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated media strategies across all media channels, including TV, digital, print, and OOH, to best resonate with our audiences.
  • Conduct scenario planning and audience analysis using media planning tools, data, and market understanding.
  • Partner closely with the Digital Planner to ensure digital campaigns are successfully translated from planning to execution.
  • Act as a steward of brand media investments, building channel allocations and adapting to budget changes as needed.
  • Present innovative ideas about campaigns' strategies and effective ways to reach the identified target audience, accelerating business performance, and staying ahead of the competition by analyzing industry trends.

Requirements

  • Must-Have: Experience with integrated media planning in an agency or brand setting.
  • Subject matter expertise in all media channels, with a particular focus on TV and digital.
  • Experience using industry-standard planning tools & data sets to create data-driven media plans.
  • Knowledge of the Germany media landscape.
  • University degree or apprenticeship with respective work experience in Media.
  • Experience managing and working with multiple partners and campaigns.
  • Attention to detail, entrepreneurial, and growth mindset, analytical, innovative.
  • Fluent communication in English, German skills a plus.
