About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Manager to lead our digital media team and drive business results through innovative media strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing media plans that deliver exceptional brand awareness and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that align with business objectives and drive brand growth.
  • Lead a team of digital media planners and specialists to deliver integrated media planning across all channels.
  • Supervise the execution of outstanding digital plans to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment between traditional and digital touchpoints.
  • Take full end-to-end responsibility of plan activation in each channel, with a clear focus on overall critical metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders across P&G, including brand, media, and agency teams, as well as media vendors.
  • Work closely with the P&G Digital Lead to ensure digital excellence and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media strategy and end-to-end planning, with a mix of traditional and digital strategic planning experience.
  • Strong understanding of the overall media ecosystem and expertise in defining and evaluating media performance indicators.
  • Experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods' companies is a plus.
  • University degree or apprenticeship in a relevant field, with excellent analytical thinking, accountability, independency, organized, curiosity, proactivity, growth mindset, and good presentation skills.
  • Fluent communication in English, with German skills a plus.
