About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Manager to lead our digital media team and drive business results through innovative media strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing media plans that deliver exceptional brand awareness and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute media plans that drive business results and brand awareness
  • Lead a team of digital media planners and specialists to deliver integrated media planning across all channels
  • Supervise the execution of outstanding digital plans to achieve business objectives
  • Take full end-to-end responsibility of plan activation in each channel
  • Manage relationships with high-level stakeholders across P&G, including brand, media, and agency teams
  • Work end-to-end with multiple P&G functions to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in media strategy and end-to-end planning
  • Strong understanding of the overall media ecosystem and expertise in defining and evaluating media performance indicators
  • Experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods' companies is a plus
  • Excellent analytical thinking, accountability, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English, German skills are a plus
