Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales initiatives within the group and event sector for our hotel portfolio
  • Draft and manage contracts along with group bookings
  • Provide personalized client support to foster repeat engagements
  • Oversee account management for current clientele
  • Respond to new inquiries with tailored quotations
  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies
  • Conduct site visits for prospective clients
  • Project and oversee group booking forecasts
  • Establish and uphold departmental processes and standards
  • Lead and mentor the Convention Sales team
  • Facilitate employee growth and development
