  • As the Sales Manager SaaS (m/f/d) for Germany, your main objective will be to leverage your sales acumen, build robust relationships, and attract future clients within the healthcare sector.
  • Your goal is straightforward: finalize contracts and nurture enduring partnerships with both current and prospective healthcare clients, especially those involved in sample submissions.
  • You will actively pursue potential clients in the healthcare field, employing your persuasive skills to initiate impactful discussions regarding our innovative products and services.
  • Your ability to identify and qualify leads will be essential, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities to maintain our sales momentum.
  • You will arrange and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the distinctive benefits of our SaaS solutions to prospective clients.
  • Close collaboration with our marketing and product development teams is crucial. Your feedback will enhance our customer acquisition strategies and refine our offerings.

Qualifications
  • You possess a proven track record in sales, having experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, or Sales Manager (m/f/d).
  • Your educational background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, medicine, or related healthcare fields, combined with a passion for IT and software solutions, distinguishes you.
  • Your sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and ability to maintain composure under pressure enable you to effectively overcome objections and challenges.
  • Your outstanding interpersonal skills allow you to establish rapport, build trust, and win over even the most skeptical clients.
  • You are self-motivated and possess a proactive, results-driven mindset, always on the lookout for opportunities to excel and contribute to our success.
  • Your history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas is a testament to your capabilities.
  • You are prepared to travel within your designated region (approximately 80% of the time) for client visits. A valid driver's license is essential.
  • You embody the spirit of a hunter, relentlessly pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • You are a native German speaker with a strong command of English.
