Aufgaben

  • Identifizierung neuer Projekte und Wachstumschancen für die Marke Motel One in Deutschland.
  • Kontakt und Dialog mit Immobilieneigentümern, Entwicklern, Investoren und Beratern.
  • Erweiterung des eigenen Netzwerks von Immobilienexperten, um neue Marktpotentiale zu erschließen.
  • Analyse, Gestaltung, Verhandlung und Akquise neuer Projektentwicklungen, Konversionen und Übernahmen.
