Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships
  • Conduct market analysis and research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and present technical and commercial proposals to customers, and negotiate contracts
  • Set sales targets and deadlines, and ensure that sales teams meet these objectives
  • Lead and manage customer relationships to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage customer contracts and agreements, and collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Oversee change requests and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and efficient manner
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as design, marketing, and development
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and market presence
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with strong business acumen
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in key account management or project management in the automotive supplier industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
