Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships
- Conduct market analysis and research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and present technical and commercial proposals to customers, and negotiate contracts
- Set sales targets and deadlines, and ensure that sales teams meet these objectives
- Lead and manage customer relationships to drive business growth and revenue
- Manage customer contracts and agreements, and collaborate with internal and external partners
- Oversee change requests and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and efficient manner
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as design, marketing, and development
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and market presence
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with strong business acumen
- Minimum 8 years of experience in key account management or project management in the automotive supplier industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
