Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • The HR Manager role has been established to meet the growing demands within the human resources sector.
  • Employee support is pivotal in the formation of this new role.
  • Focus areas include enhancing organization, digital transformation, and personnel development for both staff and management, continuously evolving through a KVP process.
  • You will oversee a team of eight professionals, providing support to over 400 industrial and commercial staff across 18 group companies.
Candidate Profile
  • With a background in commercial training or studies, you possess a minimum of five years of experience in the HR domain.
  • Your expertise lies in HR generalist functions, encompassing personnel support, development, recruitment, labor law, compensation & benefits, employer branding, and payroll management.
  • Fluency in English is essential, along with initial leadership experience, including collaboration with works councils.
  • You are recognized as a proficient HR generalist and specialist in your area.
