Job Title: Director of Sales and Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales strategy and execution in the German market.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the German entertainment industry, including on- and offline trends and developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director, Germany to define, implement, and execute against the local sales strategy.
  • Formulate, build, and drive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow existing clients, leveraging products and services that drive ticket sales.
  • Develop and own client-level business planning, including account strategy creation, profitability analysis, and forecasting.
  • Continuous coaching and development of team members to ensure operational excellence and individual growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership in high-performing business environments.
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and priorities at the same time and effective prioritization.
  • Demonstrated experience in business/client growth, including acquisition and development of existing clients.
  • Excellent understanding of the German entertainment industry, including on- and offline trends and developments.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/Sales Tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in German with strong English skills.
  • Experience in leading and unifying remote teams.
