Senior Enterprise Sales Executive (m/f/d)

Position Overview: We are in search of a seasoned Senior Enterprise Sales Executive (m/f/d) with a robust background in the payments or financial sector. This position demands a strategic mindset, exceptional business development expertise, and a vast network within payments, platforms, retail, or marketplaces. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, showcasing remarkable presentation and negotiation skills, along with a natural talent for leadership and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Leadership: Identify and pursue new business avenues within the payments or financial sector, utilizing a comprehensive network to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Strategic Deal Management: Engage in high-stakes negotiations and cultivate executive relationships to finalize complex, high-value agreements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Account Management, and other internal teams to synchronize strategies and achieve corporate objectives. Sales Strategy Formulation and Execution: Design and implement sales strategies that align with the company's vision, employing data-driven insights to guide decisions and ensure success. Company Representation: Serve as a thought leader and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and influence.

Who You Are:

Industry Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in the payments or financial sector with a strong network within payments, platforms, retail, or marketplaces. Proven Enterprise Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in enterprise B2B sales, managing lengthy sales cycles (6-18 months) and closing high-value agreements. Business Development Skills: Strong capability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, employing a consultative sales approach. Networking and Presentation Proficiency: Exceptional networking and presentation skills, with experience in maintaining relationships with senior executives. Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Data-driven, strategic thinker with a commercially focused attitude and the ability to navigate complex sales landscapes. Collaborative Team Player: A cooperative mindset with a readiness to work across various offices, roles, and cultures in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with product development processes, particularly in the payments sector, and the ability to engage effectively with technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous. Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, GTM, or strategy roles within high-growth environments. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and stakeholders. Proven ability to meet or exceed quota targets on enterprise agreements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical capabilities. Willingness to travel within the EU as necessary. Proficient in English at a C1/C2 level.
