Strategic Business Growth Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead our IT Delight team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with system integrators, SMBs, and enterprise merchants in the DACH region.
  • Drive sales growth through our staff augmentation model and identify new business opportunities.
  • Network and participate in key industry events to expand our presence in Germany.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of client acquisition for IT outsourcing and outstaffing (minimum 2 years).
  • Proficiency in using Pipedrive CRM or similar tools.
  • Excellent professional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sales experience in the e-commerce industry with a solid understanding of its principles.
