Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead our IT Delight team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with system integrators, SMBs, and enterprise merchants in the DACH region.
- Drive sales growth through our staff augmentation model and identify new business opportunities.
- Network and participate in key industry events to expand our presence in Germany.
- Proven track record of client acquisition for IT outsourcing and outstaffing (minimum 2 years).
- Proficiency in using Pipedrive CRM or similar tools.
- Excellent professional communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales experience in the e-commerce industry with a solid understanding of its principles.
- Attractive compensation package ranging up to EUR per year, along with generous commissions for every signed Statement of Work (SOW) with clients.
- 20 working days of vacation per year, plus all German holidays.
- 5 paid sick days annually.
- All travel expenses covered.
