Account Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at Cytiva. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing account-specific strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Global Strategic and other large accounts.
- Identify and advance commercial opportunities within assigned customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop long-term adoption strategies and sustain and expand usage of our solutions.
- Work closely with R&D and customer accounts to ensure a balance between commercial growth and technology advancement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biotechnology, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Long-term working experience in a Life Science or Pharma-based business with roles in sales, customer success, field applications, product management, product marketing, product or process development, or related.
- Experience in biologics manufacturing, process development, business development/partnering, software, informatics, digital services, digital transformation, and/or other digital innovation activities is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and how our company can help meet these.
- Proven ability to work in a global environment and travel globally up to 50% of the time.
