We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team.

Your Mission
  • Oversee the effective management of assigned top Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue generation.
  • Strategically enhance the OTA marketing framework and actively participate in the development of all digital interface functions, including B2B and E-Commerce.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships within the OTA sector.
  • Manage digital campaigns for our marketing initiatives.
  • Develop business processes and enhance digital marketing tools for OTAs.
  • Analyze and manage the sales costs associated with our OTA partners.
  • Handle contract management to establish our sales conditions.
Your Background
  • A degree in business administration or a tourism-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of sales experience in a similar role, particularly in Key Account Management with a focus on OTAs.
  • In-depth knowledge of the DACH & BENELUX tourism markets and a strong understanding of cruise tourism.
  • Proficient in process management within digital marketing, with solid knowledge and readiness to apply SEO/SEA strategies.
  • Strong technical acumen and comprehensive knowledge in E-Commerce and interface functionalities.
  • Excellent command of both German and English, with proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a commitment to service excellence.
  • Strategic mindset with planning capabilities, organizational skills, and a proactive approach, along with flexibility and a willingness to travel.
