Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant (m/w/d) for Loans, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where your primary goal is to assist clients in achieving their financial aspirations.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, guiding them through the application process to successful loan closure.

- A natural talent for sales and enthusiasm for telephone-based marketing.
- Previous experience in customer interaction (preferably in a call center or service environment) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A strong willingness to learn and self-motivation, coupled with a pronounced drive for performance and success.
- A friendly, professional demeanor in conversations, along with proficient German language skills, both spoken and written.
- A reflective approach to decision-making and a commitment to personal development.
- A positive attitude and a reliable, engaged work ethic.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for guiding customers towards successful outcomes.
Your Role Includes
- If you are new to sales but eager for a rapid career progression with above-average compensation, you will undergo a comprehensive onboarding program consisting of multiple modules.
- Throughout this program, you will gain extensive knowledge in loan consulting, develop expertise, and learn effective sales techniques for telephone marketing.
- Your objective will be to achieve successful loan closures for clients (without cold calling), and we will provide full support throughout this journey.
- You will be mentored by experienced colleagues during your training period.
