Strategic Vendor Management Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Strategic Vendor Management team at Versatel GmbH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in administrative tasks within the department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collect and assign information to relevant service providers, including contract administration and maintenance of contact data.
  • Update and maintain the service provider overview, including creating detailed profiles of service providers.
  • Develop presentations on various topics, such as internal collaboration tools or data exchange tools with service providers.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program, such as Business Administration, Economics, Business, or Digital Management.
  • Available to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester, and up to 40 hours per week during breaks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in data analysis tools, project or process management.
  • Interest in gaining insights into strategic vendor management within the telecommunications industry.
  • Interest in collecting experience in vendor management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Secure and practical MS Office skills.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic team.
  • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills (at least B2 level).
