Job Opportunity: Student Assistant for Strategic Vendor Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized student assistant to support our team in strategic vendor management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in administrative tasks within the department, including data collection and organization.
  • Research and maintain a list of service providers, including contract administration and contact data management.
  • Develop presentations on various topics related to service provider management.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Management.
  • Ability to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during breaks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in data analysis tools, project or process management.
  • Fluent in German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level).
