About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Strategic Vendor Management team at Versatel GmbH.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in administrative tasks within the department, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Collect and assign information to relevant service providers, including contract administration and maintenance of contact data.
- Update and maintain the service provider overview, including creating brief profiles for each service provider.
- Develop presentations on various topics, such as internal collaboration tools or data exchange tools with service providers.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program, such as Business Administration, Economics, Business, or Digital Management.
- Available to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester, and up to 40 hours per week during breaks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in data analysis tools, project or process management.
- Interest in gaining insights into strategic vendor management within the telecommunications industry.
- Interest in collecting experience in vendor management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Secure and practical MS Office skills.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic team.
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills (at least B2 level).
