We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Vendor Management Expert to join our team at Versatel Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our procurement and supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our service partner network.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our service partners, ensuring they meet our quality and performance standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in our procurement and supply chain processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations of our service partners to ensure they meet our expectations and provide high-quality services.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop and track relevant KPIs to measure the performance of our service partners and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential new service partners and opportunities for growth.
- Vendor Selection and Contract Management: Lead the vendor selection process and negotiate contracts with service partners to ensure they meet our business needs.
- Budget Planning and Tracking: Develop and manage budgets for our service partner network and track expenses to ensure we stay within budget.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve relationships with our service partners and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language: Fluent German (C1 level) and good English (B2 level) skills.
