Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

C.H. Robinson is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join its European Surface Transportation team.

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics services, including truckload, LTL, intermodal, and outsource solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer outreach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard services and resolve account management issues
  • Establish credit terms with clients and participate in face-to-face meetings to close deals
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales development or business development in the logistics industry
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills, and business acumen
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a customer's organization
