About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at PROS. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, managing, and closing new business opportunities for our enterprise-wide PROS solutions with organizations across various key strategic industries/verticals in the B2B space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in defined geographies and industries.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our PROS solution set to prospective customers.
  • Manage client relationships and lead the sales process through negotiation.
  • Forecast sales performance and develop pipeline strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to position products, develop demos, and extend reach through partnerships.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with 3-4 years in SaaS software sales.
  • Bachelor's degree required; additional experience in lieu of education considered.
  • Proven sales expertise, exceeding quota in SaaS-based technology solution providers.
  • Experience in pipeline development, executive client relationship building, and CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
