Job Description
Renesas is in search of a skilled and driven Regional Marketing Manager who possesses a strong track record in business development within our regional customer segments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Enhance Renesas' market presence in the designated region and customer segments. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer landscape and the Microcontroller Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Available Market (SAM) within the region. Formulate regional go-to-market strategies, prioritize key customers, and determine the level of customer support required. Foster demand generation and implement strategies aimed at increasing Renesas' market share in the assigned region and customer base. Cultivate relationships with all levels of assigned customers and collaborate effectively with Account Managers. Identify new business opportunities and apply structured Funnel Management techniques both directly and indirectly. Collaborate seamlessly with the Regional Sales Team and internal Business Units to ensure the inclusion of Renesas Microcontrollers in all customer initiatives. Ensure the generation of accurate customer forecasts for the Renesas Microcontroller Product Portfolio. Conduct regular account and business reviews with assigned customers and branch offices to ensure alignment with agreed-upon targets. Monitor competitive behavior within the customer base and develop strategic plans to counteract competition. Provide ongoing insights regarding market trends, customer status, and business opportunities. Utilize Renesas tools to maintain necessary reporting standards.**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, provided that work history and established relationships meet expectations. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the semiconductor industry, preferably in Microcontrollers. Solid experience in technology sales, particularly with automotive clients. Self-motivated with a proactive approach. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
