About You

As the EMEA Field Marketing Director (m/f/d) at Cognigy, you will take charge of leading the field marketing team, driving regional marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement the EMEA field marketing strategy in accordance with global marketing objectives and regional business aims.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the team by cultivating a high-performance culture.
  • Establish clear goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide continuous feedback and development opportunities.
  • Design and execute a marketing strategy and plan that effectively builds brand recognition while generating and accelerating the sales pipeline for the EMEA region.
  • Oversee the regional field marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
  • Forecast, monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in the region, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional sales leaders, partners, and customers.
  • Represent Cognigy at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote the brand and establish thought leadership.
  • Possess a strong understanding of data-driven marketing and hands-on experience with Hubspot to implement demand generation programs and assess their effectiveness, optimizing follow-up processes and post-event communications with sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the corporate communication team to deliver integrated plans in the region aligned with local strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the EMEA region for central marketing functions (e.g., brand, growth marketing, content marketing, and product marketing) and work together to prioritize regional initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in B2B/SaaS, enterprise, or demand generation marketing within high-growth software organizations.
  • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including multimedia campaigns and event activations under tight deadlines.
  • A comprehensive understanding of marketing technology platforms and their application to support growth.
  • A diverse background combining digital marketing and field marketing experience is preferred.
