Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Getac. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics to drive business growth and achieve our short- and mid-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with sales to drive MQL and SQL growth and achieve joint growth objectives.
- Communication Initiatives: Manage and execute all communication initiatives, including content creation and distribution.
- Content Management: Manage daily content and functional updates to the website within brand guidelines.
- Event Planning: Plan and organize required regional customer events and trade shows.
- PR and Digital Programs: Support PR and digital programs, including campaign execution and monitoring.
- Reporting and Analysis: Report results of different campaigns and provide insights for future marketing initiatives.
- Partner Marketing: Support partner marketing strategy, execute and monitor co-marketing activities.
- Financial Management: Manage local budget and assist in management of marketing invoices for monthly budget reporting.
- Collaboration: Cooperate with HQ and EMEA Marketing Team on various projects.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and content management systems.
- Education: Graduate in marketing or related degree.
- Skills: Strong MS Office skills, design software experience, and proficiency in Google Analytics and Salesforce.
- Language: Native German speaking with fluent English, knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer and business oriented, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
