About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Wooga. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office space, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repair measures of our office space, including scheduling and coordinating with external service providers.
- Take ownership of projects related to maintenance improvements and the introduction of new technical equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance and development plans for facility equipment.
- Plan and monitor the implementation of construction measures, ensuring compliance with safety and occupational safety regulations.
- Prepare, implement, and document instructions for compliance with safety and occupational safety measures.
- Coordinate and supervise external service providers, including building maintenance, maintenance companies, cleaning, security, and craftsmen.
- Ensure the office is managed and maintained to a high standard, including control of all external contractors.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with extensive knowledge of technical building management and the operation of technical facilities. You should have a proven track record in facilities management and office management, with excellent social skills and high service orientation. You should also have excellent written and spoken abilities in English and German (at least CEFR C1) and be proficient in GSuite.
