Role Summary:
As a Technical Operations Supervisor, you will face intriguing, challenging, and complex issues daily. This position allows you to innovate solutions and promote operational excellence across all facets of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety:
Establish and uphold the highest safety standards while fostering a world-class safety culture.
- Team Management:
Recruit, oversee, develop, and mentor a team of facility staff. - Collaborate with leaders from various departments including Finance, Safety, HR, and Recruiting.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracting negotiations.
- Operations and Maintenance:
Oversee the management of electrical and mechanical systems, including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Diesel Generators, Chillers, HVAC systems, Exhaust Fans, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and Transformers. - Implement strategic preventative maintenance and corrective action plans for mission-critical infrastructures. Review and endorse maintenance and repair protocols while effectively driving continuous organizational change.
- Prepare for and guide the team through facility infrastructure incident management, including event planning, drill coordination, leadership escalation, incident mitigation, and post-event analysis.

Basic Qualifications:
- An engineering degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of relevant engineering experience managing large-scale services
- At least 2 years of team management experience in a mission-critical environment
- Proven experience in operating a mission-critical team or product.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in mission-critical operations (e.g., nuclear facilities, high-tech manufacturing, healthcare, aviation maintenance, oil and gas)
- Familiarity with 24/7 uninterrupted operations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects.
