OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Our research division is committed to pushing the envelope in immersive technologies through active participation in Horizon Europe initiatives. We are in search of a full-time Technical Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience to lead groundbreaking projects.
Your responsibilities will encompass project planning and operational management across multiple Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality initiatives, which leverage the technological offerings from Holo-Industrie 4.0's core product suite. These projects will also integrate components from various consortium partners, primarily consisting of organizations from European member states.

WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION UNIQUE?

You will oversee the complete project lifecycle of innovative, large-scale international endeavors. Each project represents a new frontier in research, innovation, and development, and you will establish the groundwork for integrating Holo-Industrie 4.0 and its products into these initiatives. As the representative of Holo-Industrie 4.0 within the consortium, you will have opportunities for travel across Europe, enhancing the role's appeal.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure the successful execution of AR & VR software projects within the Horizon Europe Framework.
  • Develop roadmaps for high-level development, design, and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with consortium members to refine the User Journey and Feature Specifications.
  • Generate or compile inputs for both internal and external project documentation.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to participate in events and prepare dissemination and exploitation materials.
  • Attend on-site meetings, events, pilots, etc., throughout Europe.
  • Engage in regular project-related discussions within the consortium.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated experience in scope definition and project planning.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • A background in development or a related field.
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities, with proficiency in English.
  • A strong enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a desire to contribute to the future of XR.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative focus.
  • Capable of articulating a clear vision for projects and effectively communicating it to all stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and proactive in a small, fast-paced, and growing team environment.
  • Willingness to travel for business across Europe.
