We are seeking a highly skilled Business Expert to join our team at ZEISS. As a Business Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing regional and segment-specific business requirements and adapting end-to-end business processes to meet the global template SAP S/4HANA system.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze regional and segment-specific business requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses under the leadership of deputy/hub process owners.
- Drive the adaptation of end-to-end business processes, including process modeling, to meet FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization.
- Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes.
- Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region, mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary, across SBUs/segments.
- Assist in the creation of training material and, if required, end-user training under the coordination of the training lead.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes for plan to produce and quality management.
- Knowledge of ERP-Systems, especially SAP S/4 with a focus on PP and QM.
- Experience with business requirements analysis and business processes modeling.
- Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders.
- Conceptual, results-oriented working style with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, German or other language skills are a plus.
