Job Description

We are looking for a Process and System Manager to join our team of experts in the field of digitalization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the continuous advancement of digital processes and the development of innovative solutions to prevent fraud.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for modeling anti-fraud business processes in the end-customer segment.
  • In close collaboration with stakeholders from various departments, you will develop effective fraud-minimizing solutions.
  • You will be responsible for the departmental configuration of our fraud management tool, including testing, training, and quality assurance.
  • You will steer or support cross-functional projects in the area of digitalization.
  • You will work with your team to develop concepts for digitalization strategies, take on requirements from various departments, and prepare them for implementation, including coordination with IT and review of implemented requirements.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in business informatics or a related field and initial professional experience.
  • You are willing to take on new challenges and adapt to change.
  • You work structured and analytically.
  • You are curious and interested in new digital features in customer interaction.
