SAP Business Process Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Process Expert to join our team at Sika Deutschland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of business processes and IT solutions in international projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Design and Implementation: Develop and implement business processes and IT solutions in accordance with company standards and best practices.
  • Rollout and Governance: Roll out SAP S/4-Template processes in European countries and ensure compliance with company template specifications.
  • Requirements Analysis and Documentation: Conduct thorough requirements analysis and create detailed documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process descriptions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with international teams, company process owners, and key users to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Test and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing phases and ensure that new processes and system changes meet company standards.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: Identify and resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
  • User Support and Training: Provide expert support to SAP users and deliver training sessions to ensure effective system usage.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company template specifications and governance policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of experience with SAP module SD and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business value chains and end-to-end processes in the industrial sector, with a focus on sales processes (OTC).
  • Soft Skills: Flexibility, ability to quickly adapt to new situations, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for developing innovative solutions.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Language Skills: Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel within Europe may be required.
