Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Process Manager to join our team in Stuttgart. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for shaping the future of work by improving transactional financial processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Process Improvement: Develop and implement standard processes in finance, driving digitalization and automation to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Project Management: Manage projects to improve financial processes and systems, including planning, conception, and technical implementation.
- Process Analysis and Documentation: Conduct process analyses and document business processes in accordance with the business process management standard.
- Root Cause Countermeasures: Develop and implement root cause countermeasures to address business performance issues.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a contact person for the smooth use of financial processes and applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Master or Bachelor degree in economics, finance, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Professional experience in finance processes, project management, and change management.
- Language Skills: Fluent and professional communication skills in English and German.
