About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Process and Project Manager to join our team at ESPRiT Engineering. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating, steering, and monitoring projects aimed at standardizing and automating development processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage projects to ensure the development of innovative software-based vehicle functions, such as driver assistance systems, electrified drives, and infotainment systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes that meet industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through gap analysis and corrective actions.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops and lessons-learned sessions to promote knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Document processes and best practices to ensure knowledge retention and transfer.
  • Lead change management initiatives, roll out new processes, methods, and tools, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Develop and present management reports and proposals to various stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in project management or process management in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and structured approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
