Process and Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Project Manager to join our team at ESPRiT Engineering GmbH. As a dynamic company, we are passionate about developing innovative technologies tailored to our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage projects for standardizing and automating development processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
  • Align processes for developing innovative software-based vehicle functions, such as driver assistance systems, electrified drives, and infotainment systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines through thorough gap analysis and implementation.
  • Organize and facilitate cross-departmental workshops and lessons-learned events to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Document and maintain processes and best practices, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Lead change management initiatives, roll-out new processes, methods, and tools, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Prepare and present management reports to various committees, effectively communicating project progress and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of studies in natural or (business) engineering.
  • Initial work experience in project management or process management in vehicle development is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured work approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high resilience and adaptability.
  • Confidence and assertiveness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential.
