About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Developer to join our team at Data Insights. As a Snowflake Developer, you will be responsible for implementing ETL and Snowflake/DWH Cloud architecture, as well as working hands-on with customers to demonstrate and communicate the implementation of Snowflake technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ETL and Snowflake/DWH Cloud architecture
  • Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate and communicate Snowflake technology
  • Collect and understand business requirements and implement them
  • Create reports for business departments
  • Implement ETL routines to integrate data into Snowflake
Requirements
  • +/- 2 years of experience in ETL and DWH projects
  • Good knowledge of data processing systems, DWH, and databases (ETL/ELT)
  • Good DWH experience with diverse data models (Inmon, Kimball, Data Vault 2.0)
  • Data Modeling and Data Warehousing (e.g. Data Vault)
  • Experience with at least one RDB
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, Information Management, or similar qualifications
  • German and English: fluent in speaking and writing
  • Openness to occasional travel
  • Good to have:
    • Software Engineering background/best practices
    • Experience in consulting
    • Snowflake certification/experience with Snowflake
