At FELD M GmbH, our Data Product team tackles complex data challenges by architecting and developing comprehensive analytical solutions. This includes creating robust infrastructures, conducting analyses, and producing visualizations, all grounded in a thorough understanding of our clients' business needs.
As an Analytics Engineer, your role will involve organizing, constructing, and maintaining data warehouses and models, while also contributing to the growth of our team and enhancing our service offerings.

What awaits you:
  • You will collaborate with data engineers and business intelligence consultants to deliver clean, timely, and reliable datasets for analysts and business stakeholders.
  • Based on client requirements, you will design, build, and optimize scalable and maintainable data warehouses, pipelines, and models.
  • You will define, implement, and sustain ETL/ELT pipelines in partnership with data engineers and business intelligence consultants, facilitating effective collaboration between both domains.
  • You will apply software engineering principles to the data stack, incorporating version control, continuous integration, unit testing, and thorough documentation.
  • You will provide guidance on modeling strategies and data technology stack implementations tailored to the client's needs across various sectors (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Big Query, Airbyte, Fivetran).
  • As a member of the Data Product team, you will influence team structure and artifacts, driving the evolution of our tool stack to ensure future readiness.

What you bring along:
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and German for effective communication within the team and with clients.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL; Python knowledge is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in designing and constructing scalable, reliable, and reusable data models, with proficiency in Git and hands-on experience with dbt.
  • Familiarity with emerging tools in the data ecosystem, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Airbyte, dlt, Fivetran, and Airflow.
  • A proactive approach to managing multiple engagements while enjoying teamwork and taking ownership of your responsibilities.
